Job Description:

To support our growing team, the Director of Graphical Localization & VFX will be required to lead the graphics teams and spearhead a number of creative, strategic and technical initiatives including definition of end to end graphics processes, best practice and creative approaches across our Digital Cinema and Creative departments to ensure all graphical outputs meet the highest standards of creativity, quality and precision.

Other responsibilities will include engagement with, but not be limited to, workflow and process development, technology roadmaps, opportunities for automation and working closely with other departments including Subtitling, Mastering, Content Services and QC. This role will also encompass some client interfacing including sales activity and client based operational support.

The ideal candidate will be expected to have extensive experience in theatrical graphical localisation for theatrical and home entertainment formats coupled with a solid understanding of all technical aspects of the creative processes at the highest quality standards. They will be highly motivated, possess a flexible attitude and must be able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. In addition, they must able to work as part of a team that deals with changing priorities and workloads.
